Good morning, students and staff!

Today is the last day of the annual Cash Cow fund-raising drive. Bring money into your English classroom. Today, the English teachers will count all the money brought in each class period. The more money you bring in, the longer your teacher will be counting. Keep them counting to get out of class! Plus, all the proceeds will go to purchasing farm animals for Third World countries. The class that brings in the most money per person will win a pizza party.

Ironman for today is: Activity Period A (Consolation Game): Juniors and Freshman. Activity Period B (Championship Game): Seniors and Sophomores.

Prom registration forms are now available for Juniors and Seniors. You may pick one up in the high school office. The cost to attend Prom and After Prom is $40 per person. For guests who are not Tinora students, we need a picture ID. You must have all the required forms and money before you turn anything in as we will not take partial registrations. Please have everything turned in by Wednesday, April 16th.

NELL is looking for umpires. If you are interested in officiating baseball and softball games this year, there is a signup form in the office. You have until April 4th to sign up. There is a first-time umpire class on either April 11th or 12th. Games start the week of April 18th.

A friendly reminder to baseball and softball players, you are not to be driving over to the fields until after 3:20 p.m.

We’re excited to announce that we are hosting a “Meet the New Cheer Coach” night on April 2nd at 5 pm in the high school cafeteria. This is a wonderful opportunity to get to know our new coach, learn about the upcoming season, and ask any questions you may have. We encourage all cheerleaders and their families to attend.

We will be running on a 1-hour early dismissal schedule today BUT we will not dismiss an hour early. Instead, for the last hour of the school day, we will have a wild goose chase scavenger hunt. So, after 9th period, please report to your activity period classroom.

Activity Period today is Ironman Volleyball.
