Twirling Instructor

"I love to work with the high school band because it allows me to use my creativity to choregraph not only baton routines but also choregraphing band dances. I love working with the students and watching the halftime show come together and the audience excitement of watching the show at the football games."

Join the Tinora High School Marching Band Auxiliary!

We're excited to welcome new members to our vibrant team of baton twirlers and flag guard. Auditions are held each spring and are open to all incoming freshmen through seniors. No experience is necessary to audition for our flag/guard team—just bring your enthusiasm and energy! Baton twirlers should have prior experience and be currently taking lessons, as you'll need to demonstrate specific skills set by our coach. For more information, feel free to reach out to David Middleton, our High School Band Director, Dori Robertson, our baton twirling coach, or Megan Wiles, our guard coach. We can't wait to see you shine on the field!
