MUSIC BOOSTER NEWS
The Tinora Music Boosters are in need of active parents. Your children love participating in their high school music programs. The boosters are an organization that supports them in their musical choices. We are in need of many parents to help with several events next year: football concessions, Love of the Arts, and Jewell Grain Banquet. All three of these are fundraisers that support our music programs at Tinora.
We also need volunteers to help run this organization. Officers are requested to attend 7 meetings during the school year. Meetings are held the second Monday of the month during the school year, with the exception of December and May. The following offices are available for you to get involved in: Vice President: Assist the president and prepare to step in as president. We are also in an immediate need of concession stand manager(s) Please contact Michele Diehl at (419) 439-0027, Michael Ondrejko at (419) 906-0352, or Robin Hamilton at (419) 784-3870 if you are interested in serving as an officer or as our concession stand manager(s).

The Tinora Music Boosters provide financial support for the band, choir and general music programs at Northeastern Local Schools. We have purchased instruments, uniforms/robes, choir risers, sound and video equipment, and much more. We have also provided funds for fees for contests, music awards, and helped defray the cost of trips for students. Each year the Tinora Music Boosters award up to two $500 scholarships to graduating seniors.
We Need Your Help!
You can help us continue to provide outstanding musical opportunities to our students by becoming involved. Become a member, come to meetings, and help out with fundraisers. We invite you to join us for our meetings, which take place four times during the school year. Together we can keep music alive at Tinora High School!
