6TH GRADE ORIENTATION ~ MAY 24, 2017 @ 2:00

6th grade orientation will be on Wednesday, May 24th at 2:00 in the Tinora Elementary Gym.

CEDAR POINT ~ 8th GRADE CLASS TRIP

This year’s 8th grade class will be going to Cedar Point for their annual class trip on Friday, May 26.  This cost includes transportation and admittance to the park.  Students will need to bring their own money or a packed lunch for their meals or other purchases the day of the trip. The staff/school will not be responsible for meals.  Students who have not paid all of their school fees or who have accumulated excessive discipline referrals will not be allowed to sign up.  A permission slip will be sent home in May just before we go on the trip, reminding parents of drop-off and pick-up times

NATIONAL MILITARY HISTORY MUSEUM & SCIENCE CENTRAL ~ 7h GRADE CLASS TRIP

On Friday, May 26, all 7th graders will be going on a field trip to the National Military History Museum in Auburn, Indiana, and Science Central in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

More information will be sent home closer to the trip.

REVOLUTIONARY RAMS

The Revolutionary Rams program has continued to encourage the students to focus on good manners, citizenship, academics and attendance. This quarter, the students participated in the “Sock it to Cancer” drive to raise money to help fight childhood cancer.

The Tiffin house won the first quarter Revolutionary Rams house competition and went to see the movie “Trolls” at the
Northtowne Cinemas. The Adams house took the house competition prize the second quarter and was rewarded with a trip
to Pizza Hut for their lunch buffet and watched the movie “The Secret Life of Pets” in the high school gym. The third quarter
house winner will be announced at an assembly on Thursday, March 23rd
